At The Official Dead by Daylight Merch store, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your survival gear. If your item isn't the right fit or arrived damaged, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the packing slip is included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
